We loved how close to the main road it was, and the quick 5 minute drive to downtown Floyd. The view from the loft was spectacular. The queen bed we slept in on the main floor was comfy, the shower felt wonderful with the rain shower head, and the kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed sitting by the firepit on the deck and watching deer forage in the woods nearby. It was really a peaceful and serene getaway, and we definitely plan on returning. ##### Amy W. The home was welcoming with a lot of unexpected amenities. My husband had a long bike ride on Saturday and it was exciting to see the grill so we could have steak, potatoes and broccoli. When I started cooking I discovered I forgot salt. My husband quickly pointed out the salt, pepper and other spices he had found. It was the most delicious dinner. Unfortunately we had to leave out very early on the last day of our stay due to an event, but wish we could have lingered a bit longer. We will be back! ##### Ashley C. The home is just as described on the site and the owners went above and beyond to make sure you have all the comforts of home. Would recommend for anyone needing a quiet retreat.
