The holiday home is located in a residence surrounded by a large park with lawn, (20000 sq m), there are many trees and shrubs.
For shared use, the following are available: internet (WLAN), children's playground, deck chair, barbecue facilities, washing machine and camping cot if required. The outdoor swimming pool is for common use (salt water, 7 m x 15 m, 1.20 m depth). The swimming pool can be used from June until the first weeks of October, inside there are 4 sunbeds with hydromassage, you will find walking bicycles, a tennis and soccer field and a relaxing pond with fish and waterfall. Parking for cars is on the property.
The apartment is about 55 square meters with living room, 2 bedrooms both with double bed, kitchenette in the living room with oven, and fridge (freezer) and a bathroom, excellent for 4 people, air conditioning.
We are close to Syracuse in the Contrada Muraglia di Mele, a few kilometers from most of the most beautiful seaside resorts in the province, very close to the Pantalica nature reserve and the Anapo Valley. The house is modern and newly built, is located in a small residence with three other villas (holiday homes), a very quiet and sunny place. Access takes place from the main road (asphalted).
