If you have allergies, asthma or any sensitivity to odors, you should notify before you arrive so they don't spray all the rooms and surfaces to make it smell "nice"- we couldn't breathe until it dissipated the next day. »

Gave location four stars only because the neighborhood is transitioning to be more upscale and so you hear some construction noise as people are building.
