Our apartment was furnished and decorated with great care thinking exclusively about the comfort of our guests. It has 2 bedrooms, one of which is a suite, with air conditioning.  
  
Flat screen TV with subscription channels, kitchen equipped with stove, oven, microwave and refrigerator, laundry area with sink and washing machine. Super comfortable apartment for 6 people.  
  
The condominium has a swimming pool and is located just 200 meters from Praia Brava, providing an even more comfortable and pleasant stay.  
  
Our apartment is spacious and welcoming, providing comfort to our guests with bed and towels available to ensure a cozy stay.  
  
It's easy to communicate with the host, ensuring guests receive all important check-in information and can answer any questions during their stay, making it more comfortable and convenient  
  
Praia Brava, situated north of Florianópolis, is known for its wild natural beauty and exclusive atmosphere. The beach is famous for its crystal clear waters and strong waves, attracting surfers and nature lovers. The neighborhood is predominantly residential, with an infrastructure that includes sophisticated restaurants offering everything from gourmet dishes to regional cuisine options.  
  
Although quieter compared to other tourist neighborhoods, Praia Brava has markets and small businesses that serve local residents and vacationers.
