Flat located in Central Park Flat Residence, facing Parque da Luz and just 300 meters (4 minutes walk) from the iconic Hercílio Luz Bridge, Florianópolis' main postcard.  
  
It comfortably accommodates up to 6 people, with a private bedroom equipped with air conditioning, a queen-size bed and two single beds, and a sofa bed.
