### Stylish Retro Duplex Suite

This duplex apartment is located within a large 1950’s townhouse that has been carefully converted into four apartments, each occupying an entire floor of the building. This spacious apartment enjoys two floors of accommodation, with a large living area and double bedroom on the ground floor, and the kitchen, dining room and bathroom on the lower ground floor.

The design is eclectic, blending industrial elements with mid-century flair. The apartment has been restored to retain its authentic character, from the arched stone cellar, stone staircases and encaustic Maltese tiles.  
  
The large living room is more like a mid-century collector’s den, with authentic period furniture and art pieces, and a 1950’s Persian carpet. The adjacent bedroom is cosy, with a high window over the quaint, quiet side street and a standard double bed. Downstairs, the kitchen is fully equipped with all mod-coms, including a dishwasher, full sized oven and fridge freezer, microwave, coffee machine, washing machine and tumble dryer.  
  
The bathroom is spacious, and includes a walk-in shower and an antique stone-carved basin.  
  
Located in a quiet neighborhood, the apartment is centrally located within just 10 minutes’ walk to Valletta, 250m to the bus stop, and within a pleasant 5-minute walk along the seafront to the Valletta Waterfront and ferry service.  
  
There is also free on-street parking in the area.
