"VENERE Suite" is located in via guelfa 14\. On the heart of San Lorenzo neighborhood where local culture meets Medici history. Also it is a lively and picturesque neighborhood, full of shops, restaurants and markets.  
  
The apartment can host up to four people: two in a queen-size bed in the bedroom and two in a comfortable sofa-bed in the living room.   
BEDS:  
The standard organization is for 2 people in the main room's king size bed, if you are 2 that want sleep separately (Friends, parents....) LET ME KNOW WHEN YOU BOOK, I provide extra linens and organize the sofa bed.  
  
Bathroom with large shower, wooden floor and chromotherapy lights.  
  
Renovated with high quality materials and designed to offer maximum comfort just TO LET YOU FEEL AT HOME.  
  
Fully furnished kitchen with four burners, pots, cutlery, glasses and dishes; fridge and freezer, traditional oven and microwave air conditioning, TV, washing machine, iron and board, coffè maker, free internet Wi-Fi super-fast fiber , indipendent heating, House linens (sheets & towels) , hair dryer, shampoo, soap and toilet paper.  
  
From the living room you will enjoy a wonderful view of the DUOMO and LORENZO CHURCH (Medici Chapel).  
  
As all the ancient ‘800 building of the historical center there’s no elevator, to reach the apartment there is a 60 steps stairs, but as you get up to the top you’ll forget about it.

#### Superbe appartement pour visiter Florence

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l'appartement VENERE de Silvia. L'appartement est assez spacieux et bien agencé. Dans la chambre, la literie est très confortable et un dressing permet de ranger ses affaires de manière très pratique. Dans le séjour-cuisine, tous l'électroménager indispensable est présent : quel bonheur d'avoir une machine à laver ! Tout y est pour faire à manger : les plats, les couverts, les ustensiles et même quelques produits de base comme le sel (ce qui évite d'en acheter seulement pour quelques jours : très appréciable !). Dans la salle de bains, le linge de toilette est très doux :), la douche est grande, il y a de la place pour ranger ses affaires et les lumières de différentes couleurs sont très originales ! L'appartement est très propre et plutôt frais. Il est idéalement situé pour visiter Florence et surtout par rapport à toutes les commodités. En effet, il est à deux pas d'un Carrefour Express ouvert très tard, d'une petite boulangerie (nous n'avons pas trop apprécié le pain italien mais ça dépanne !), et à côté du marché Mercato Centrale avec tous les produits frais italiens, tous les jours !! La gare principale de Florence est aussi toute proche ; si vous souhaitez visiter d'autres villes sur la journée par exemple. Il faut noter que l'appartement est situé en étage et sans ascenseur (les étages sont assez hauts). Nous sommes restés 10 nuits et j'avoue qu'à la fin du séjour, cela nous paraissait assez long... Un seul petit défaut de l'appartement est le bruit en particulier le matin. Les rues de Florence sont autorisés aux résidents et du coup, le matin, il y a beaucoup de scooters qui passent rapidement. Il faut prévoir des protections auditives pour les plus sensibles. En même temps, en plein coeur de Florence, c'est un peu logique d'avoir du bruit ! Dernier point : si vous venez en voiture, je vous déconseille fortement le Garage Sant Orsola. Nous avons vécu une expérience très négative avec eux. Je vous conseille plutôt de laisser votre voiture dans le parking situé à côté de l'arrêt de tram Sansovino (seulement 4 arrêts depuis la Gare Centrale) qui vous coûtera "seulement" 12 euros par jour (par rapport aux 25 pratiqués dans tous les autres parkings qui ne sont en fait que des garages où les propriétaires jouent à Tétris avec les voitures de leurs clients...). Appartement au confort et aménagements très modernes parfaitement situé pour visiter Florence la magnifique. La literie est vraiment confortable, la cuisine dispose de tout le nécessaire, l'ensemble est aménagé avec très bon goût. Silvia nous a parfaitement accueillis pour notre installation, elle nous a donné de très bons conseils et adresses en Ville. A souligner sa présence au moment de notre départ qui constitue un vrai moment d'échange appréciable au terme du séjour. Nous reviendrions avec bonheur à cette adresse pour un futur séjour.

L'appartement est idéal pour un séjour au coeur de Florence , très proche du Duomo. L' appartement est très propre, lumineux et la climatisation est très agréable pour un séjour en plein été. Un parking abordable est à proximité. Silvia a été de très bon conseils! merci

Silvia was a very friendly, helpful, and attentive host. Everything you needed for your stay was provided. The place was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, it was within walking distance to all the major sights in Florence. Silvia was very accommodating on check in/check out and even had a list of recommendations ready for us. Great place to stay in Florence!

We stayed for 1 week. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Silvia was very quick to respond to messages and everything was very organized and clean. The apartment was great and the location was perfect. There are a bit of steps to deal with but after a day or two we found ourselves getting use to it. We loved Florence and this darling apartment!

#### Great place to stay - just beware of number of stair steps

We stayed in late June 2025 as a family of 3\. Silvia is very responsive and always willing to help arrange tours and private transport. The location is perfect - 10 to 20 mins walking distance to museums, tourist points, and the main train station. Note that the building this apartment is in has about 60 or so steps to the 4th floor and carrying heavy luggage can be challenging, especially during the summer heat - pack light!

#### The perfect location

The apartment was great. The location was close to the historic core of the city. Additionally there were many great places to eat within a few steps of the front door. Silvia was a wonderful host. She was notified that due to city works projects we might have low to no water pressure on one day of our stay. She delivered water to the apartment that morning. Thankfully it wasn’t needed but her assistance was greatly appreciated.

The host had someone meet us for check in and she helped with our luggage. She also provided alot of useful local contacts - tours, taxis, etc. The apartment was clean and well laid out. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was clean and bright, the bathroom was nice. The shower is spacious. The host had sent us a contact for a local tour guide. We used him twice during our visit. He was very friendly and provided a thorough tour of the city to get us familiarized. At the end of our stay the host scheduled a taxi for our trip to the station. The apartment is very convenient for all tourist areas and especially convenient for daily needs. Coffee across the street, a delicious bakery next store and a local supermarket two blocks away. There are a lot of steps to the apartment, but they were no problem for us. The place is great.

Modern, clean, spacious, apartment in the heart of Florence. Wonderful restaurants nearby.Walking distance to all the museums, markets, and other attractions.Host Silvia was always available for questions and helped whenever we needed.You must like stairs though. Apartment on 3rd floor.We would stay here again.

#### We would stay again!

Silvia met us at the door and took is upstairs to the apartment. She was very thorough in explaining everything as well as providing some tips on the area. The apartment is sparkling clean including the bedding and towels. Apartment is precisely as you see it online. Location was fabulous being close enough to walk to the SMN train station and all there is to enjoy in Florence. Some noise at night but not enough to disturb us since we kept the windows closed. Air conditioning works very well. The only negative is 62 stairs up to the apartment but we looked at that as needed exercise after eating pastries and pasta daily! Keep those stairs in mind if you have heavy luggage. Thank you Silvia for keeping us in good coffee supply.😊

Sylvia was an amazing host. Communication was right away. The apartment was so clean and modern. She thought of everything you would need. You are in easy walking distance to everything. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was wonderful. It had a nice full size shower, rain head faucet and fun color changing LED lights. I had to work part of our stay and the WiFi was fast and stable. I would stay here forever if I could. Thank you, Silvia for a wonderful stay!

This apartment is great and Silvia is a wonderful hostess. Gabriel the co-host is very helpful as well. The apartment is a very reasonable alternative to a hotel especially if you like to do your own cooking and will be staying in Florence for more than a few days. The pantry is stocked with many condiments like salt, pepper, spices and olive oil which was very helpful! The location is perfect and seems within a few blocks of everything: train station, museums, churches, bakeries, pizzerias, grocery stores, etc. The only downsides are the steps as this is on the 3rd Floor (4th to Americans) and some noise from other rooms and floors. If those things don't bother you, this apartment is highly recommended.

Excellent find in Florence, close to all attractions. The parking is a plus. Very clean, well appointed including coffee pods, detergents, oil, vinegar, shampoo, etc. The host is very pleasant, attentive and helpful. She helped us with our luggages (steep stairs, 3rd floor, no lift) and booked our taxi to the airport. I will not hesitate to recommend it.

#### Perfect location and well appointed space

The location of this property is incredible! We could walk easily anywhere and everywhere we wanted to go. We were looking for a restaurant and found a highly rated one 1 block away. Great proximity to cafes/restaurants, shopping, train station and sight seeing. Our communication with the property manager was fantastic. Silvia was waiting for us as we arrived and ensured we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We can't wait to return!

This beautiful apartment was perfectly appointed. Everything you would need for a comfortable stay and more. We did not want for anything except a longer stay. Sylvia was amazing with check in and she highlighted some of her favorite sites and restaurants. She also walked us through anything and everything in her beautiful, spotlessly clean apartment. Our travel partners were her sister apartment, the next door over and when we accidentally let our apartment door close behind us to visit them, she was so kind to run on over and let us in. Quite embarrassing but she made light of it. I would recommend this apartment to anyone as it was so comfortable and the location could not have been better.
