The woman who checked us in was not the friendliest - gave us trouble because our train was arriving later than initially planned (still well within the check in window), and her response when we mentioned the WiFi had no internet connection was “I honestly wouldn't know what to tell you because when I was there I shared my internet with you and it worked.” ##### Dan B. We noticed that the AC did not work the first night and reported it and had the entire 6-day stay without AC. Had to wait for fans to be brought to the apartment which we had to request and received two days later. There was blood on one of the comforters and the mattress in the sofa was so thin you could feel the bars and springs. We asked if we could at least be provided with an additional mattress padding to add to make the sleep more comfortable and was informed we could not be accommodated. I had requested a refund multiple times due to the lack of being able to provide the amenities such as AC for our stay as this was a must for wherever we stayed during our visit in Italy. We came to what I thought was a resolution and they had stated that I would receive some type of refund before we left. I have now been gone for 2 weeks and have not received a refund. It is almost nearly impossible to get communication back and I've asked for proof of reimbursement as it is not showing on my credit card and they have stated they cannot provide that to me. VRBO has also attempted to reach the host and has been unsuccessful. I have multiple pictures of my visit and unable to attach but will try again. I would not trust that these issues are resolved for the next person who visits and will have to take next steps to report further. ##### Carly B.
