The apartment is located on the third floor, without elevator, of a typical Florentine building. The neighborhood is lively and full of services, restaurants and typical shops, and allows you to easily reach the city's main attractions on foot. The studio is a large open space with a living area and double bed, an equipped kitchenette and a dining table. The area dedicated to services includes a bathroom with shower, sink and washing machine, and a second separate room with toilet, for greater convenience during your stay. Upon arrival, our guests will find a courtesy kit that will be used to meet their basic needs (toilet paper, soap and shampoo, etc.). The apartment is located in a restricted traffic area. Check-in is by appointment from 14:00 to 20:00, and for arrivals after 20:00, there is a surcharge. Service restriction: Air conditioning in Italy is governed by a regulation that provides for a minimum temperature of 20° and a maximum of 22°. The allowed temperature values in our apartment are 19°C (+2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21°C. Based on Decree No. 383 of 6/10/22 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period for turning on the plants for the City of Florence is allowed from November 8 to April 7, for a maximum of 11 hours a day. Pay attention to the house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a fee of 50€ will be charged for the replacement of the lock for security reasons. For urgent interventions caused by the guest outside office hours (From 22:00 to 08:00) a payment of 100€ will be required. As per Italian law number 21472011 (art.40.1), the Italian police require us to communicate the identity of our guests. The informations that guests are required to share are: an identity document with a valid photo for expatriation and the address of residence . To ensure maximum comfort for all guests, we recommend using the shower one at a time. The house is equipped with a boiler, a simultaneous use of hot water could temporarily reduce its temperature. . Easy to locate, is right off a very busy street, next to a bus stop. S.M Novella train station very close, easy walk even w/luggage. We were met at property by host, shown around and keys given. Collected tourist tax €5.50pp/pn Be aware though there are 60 stairs to climb up to this typical Florentine 3rd floor apt! No elevator/lift. More like a studio apt with basic appliances and kitchenwares. Bathroom was quirky... 2 separate rooms (toilet & bidet w/low doorway/ceiling) and (shower & sink). Clean! Cold A/C! Plenty of storage to unpack and settle in. Firm bed. Very walkable to numerous restaurants, cafes, grocery and getting to attractions. Even being so close to main attractions and busy road, it is quiet at night! You can hear the church bells & birds singing, not car horns or sirens! We loved that!
