### PRINCIPE SMALL SUITE apartment

The apartment, very bright and quiet, overlooking a well-kept and green courtyard, is located a few meters from the entrance of the Polimoda, and has just been completely renovated and furnished in classic Tuscan style.  
  
The building is a typical building of the Florence Capital, in the nineteenth century, as evidenced by the coat of arms on the facade, with a very nice entrance, frescoed on the ceiling and stone stairs.  
  
The house has a bedroom, a living room with a double sofa bed, a small separate kitchen and a bathroom with a large shower cabin.  
  
The guest will rent the entire apartment.  
  
Kit includes towels, linens and bedspreads. The beds are prepared with hotel-grade sheets and top-quality towels (a large shower curtain, a face cloth and the third bidet per person), soap and shampoo, vanity kit and cap.  
  
The house is equipped with air conditioning, fridge with freezer, kettle, microwave, hairdryer, LCD TV, free Wi-Fi internet connection, bluetooth docking station and the kitchen with everything you need.  
Baby bed available upon request.  
  
You can contact me by phone or WhatsApp for any need and / or information about the city.  
  
It will be a pleasure to help you plan your stay before arrival and during your stay, make reservations for individual visits or guided tours of Florence museums, city tours and the surrounding areas, recommend typical restaurants and above all be available for any other necessity.  
  
However, you will find city maps and information brochures about tours and tourist attractions at home. In addition to magazines and city guides in Italian and English.  
  
By law it is necessary to register the persons lodged by means of an identity document which will also be requested at the time of your arrival  
  
If you arrive by train: Trains arriving from Venice, Bologna, Rome, Milan, Pisa and will take you directly to the Santa Maria Novella train station. From here you can easily get there on foot. We are located just 7/8 minutes away from the station.  
  
If you arrive by car: We suggest a paid garage located on the same street, just 1 minute walk from our house: GARAGE EUROPA in Via Borgognissanti n. 29\. The cost is € 20/25 per day.  
  
If you arrive by plane: Florence airport, Amerigo Vespucci, is about 20 minutes away by taxi or shuttle bus service. The shuttle bus will take you from the airport to the Santa Maria Novella station and vice versa.  
  
The taxi costs around € 25/28 at a fixed rate.  
  
Have you considered the possibility of landing in Pisa? At the Galileo Galilei airport of Pisa, very often, cheaper and more frequent flights land from major European capitals. Shuttle buses connect Pisa airport to the Santa Maria Novella station in Florence 24 hours a day, at a cost of about € 10 per way.  
  
Otherwise by train, you can easily get to the city in less than an hour directly from the airport itself.  
  
The building is located in a strategic and quiet area of Florence, adjacent to two of the city's best hotels, many excellent restaurants, shops and cafes.  
  
The street is very bright and quiet even at night. Florence is a small city, you can visit the center and the surroundings on foot.  
  
From here, you can easily reach the Duomo, the traditional markets such as San Lorenzo, Sant'Ambrogio and Porcellino, where you can buy food and traditional Florentine products.  
  
All the main museums, such as the Uffizi Gallery, the Accademia Gallery, Palazzo Pitti and the Bargello, are easily reachable on foot.
