A little further south is the popular town of Hamilton. Known for its small town heritage, it is a favorite destination for locals and travelers. Other Activities The Osprey Cabin is also in close proximity to many outdoor activities. Cycling and hiking in the vast natural preserves are local favorites. There are stables offering horseback riding on hundreds of trails. Snowmobiling is available about 30 minutes away, as well as a hot springs resort. Snow skiers have 2 resorts within 1 ½ hours. We saw two bull moose, two bucks and two does who each had a set of spotted twin fawns. Wildlife everywhere you look - beavers, weasels, quail, fish, birds etc... wonderful and clean place. We loved walking out of the back of the house and going straight to the river for fishing. The kids spent days exploring, swimming, fishing, and investigating. Very quiet neighborhood.
