With two full bedrooms plus a single room it can comfortably sleep up to 5 guests, combining comfort and practicality with an amazing central location. This beautiful 2 ½ bedroom apartment has just been completely renovated, reclaiming precious original features like the traditional cotto floors and the wooden-beam ceilings, but adding modern, functional fixtures (brand-new kitchen, bathroom, etc.) and sleek contemporary furniture which make it a practical and stylish choice for groups or families up to 5 people. The apartment consists of: fully-equipped kitchen with wood cabinets a nice living area, full of light and movement, that opens up onto a balcony. The room features a dining table for 6 and a flat-screen TV brand-new bathroom with walk-in shower cabin 2 spacious and exquisitely-appointed master bedrooms (each has a king-size bed with wrought-iron railings, a practical workstation and a wardrobe) Third bedroom with a one-person sofa bed and another flat-screen TV (with only 4 guests, this becomes the TV room!) Big apartment but on third floor with very steep steps and limited lighting. Upon checking in, we were harrassed for the cleaning fee in cash to be left in the lockbox for immediate pickup. No one came to pick up the money as it was still there upon check out 4 days later. Great communication and easy check in process. We arrived on a Sunday and was even able to check in early! The host was very friendly and provided us with some great recommendations for where the locals shop and eat. Grocery and pharmacy close by. The AC and washing machine worked well. Beds may need to be replaced soon. Small kitchen but has everything you could need for a short stay. The building is quiet at night. No elevator, so don't pack a heavy bag! I wish the kitchen had been more carefully equipped. Salt, pepper, and wine glasses were unavailable. Kitchen pots, utensils and shelving were disorganized and sticky. Notes in English taped to the walls suggested that this unit might have been used by students. Many sights are within a ten to twenty minute walk. ##### Juanita R.
