Great apartment for a family of 4\. Several negative things: AC was not turned on, we found the room very warm. No screens on windows. We had to buy washing machine detergent. We did not receive any instructions about recycling or garbage. We had to figure out where is the parking garage and how to unload our baggage without getting a ticket because the apartment is in ZTL. We received check in instructions only after calling the agency on the same day of check in. We were traveling and had spotty internet and it was very difficult, almost impossible to fill in this simple check in form, that required a photo of our documents etc. It would have been better to use the computer at home before our departure.
