This luxurious 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom property is located in one of the most exclusive areas of Florence, in the hills between Piazzale Michelangelo and Forte Belvedere.  
  
  
  
It feels like you’re living in the countryside (with birds singing) but is within a 5 minute walk of the bars and restaurants of San Niccolo and within a 15 minute walk of Ponte Vecchio.  
  
  
  
The triple aspect living area has French doors that open out onto a large, elegant terrace with an al fresco dining area providing breath-taking panoramic views, encompassing the historic City Center, in particular Palazzo Vecchio and the Duomo, as well as the surrounding hills with terraced olive groves. The terrace is protected from the elements by motorized sun-shades allowing it to be used year round.  
  
  
  
From the terrace you access the perfectly kept 500 sqm (5400 sqf) garden with fruit trees, flowers and berry bushes. From spring to autumn you can witness the plants blossoming and have the possibility of eating the organic fruits directly from the plants. Right in the middle of this paradise there is a unique salt-water pool, with sunbeds and a solar-heated shower, from which you can savour the breathtaking views!  
  
  
  
The living room, with its 4 huge windows overlooking the most beautiful parts of Florence, gives you the feeling of being able to reach out and touch the historical monuments. Internally it is warm and cozy, exceptionally decorated with gallery pieces including the high-end designer turntable mounted on the wall and important lithographs. The modern chandeliers from Murano create a magical atmosphere. The ancient original stone fireplace has a modern, energy efficient insert for wood burning, which gives the room the final touch for a comfortable and charming stay.  
  
  
  
The brand new, fully equipped designer-kitchen has high-end fittings including a 5 burner gas hob, extra–wide oven, fridge-freezer, latest generation dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, plates, glasses, cutlery and opens out onto the terrace. The multi-functional kitchen island provides additional working space or room for an informal meal.  
  
Adjacent to the kitchen is a large dining area with a modern, transparent glass table and stylish white chairs, comfortably seating 8 guests.  
  
  
  
The property has recently undergone a complete renovation with no expense spared. With 200 sqm (2150 sqf), high ceilings, large windows and the fantastic 90 sqm (970 sqf) terrace, the house is elegant, spacious and bright.  
  
  
  
The property has wooden floors throughout, save for the kitchen and bathrooms, which have tasteful Italian ceramic flooring. All rooms, including the kitchen have A/C. All of the doors and windows have mosquito screen protection.  
  
  
  
Three of the four bedrooms have luxurious en-suite bathrooms, with luxury fittings and walk in showers or bathtub and direct access to the gorgeous terrace. Each bedroom has a different interior design, which gives the property a fresh flair and plays to different tastes. Latest generation washing machine and dryer are provided in the service bathroom.  
  
  
  
Particular attention has been given to the wi-fi system, which uses fiber optic technology to deliver clean and strong wi-fi throughout the house and on the terrace. A high-end alarm is installed throughout the house to provide personal security and peace of mind.  
  
  
  
The property has private parking spaces for up to 4 vehicles.
