Les roses de Léonard est un appartement meublé avec soin et fonctionnalité, idéal pour tous ceux qui cherchent de se plonger dans la quotidienneté du quartier Sant’Ambrogio grâce aux fenêtres qui donnent sur l’une des rues piétonnes les plus caractéristiques de Florence. Les roses de Léonard est l’idéal pour savourer l’authentique vie florentine en toutes ses nuances, parfait pour se relaxer après une journée de travail parmi les beautés de la ville ou bien pour travailler dans un milieu doué de tout confort. L’appartement se trouve au premier étage dans le centre historique de Florence , il se compose d’une cuisine-séjour, une salle de bain, une chambre avec lit à deux places, une chambre avec lit à une place et un débarras. Il se trouve dans une rue piétonne. Il est équipé d’une cuisine complètement fonctionnelle (avec lave-vaisselle) pour vous permettre une totale autonomie. Vous pourrez trouver : serviettes, linges, bain moussant, sèche-cheveux, eau, café, thé, sucre, huile, sel et poivre. L’appartement est équipé de climatisation dans la cuisine et les deux chambres (nouveau février 2023 !), ventilateurs au plafond, moustiquaires et de Wi-fi. Vous trouverez aussi la planche et le fer à repasser et le grille-pain. J’habite dans le même immeuble de l’appartement à louer et je suis donc à votre disposition pour des conseils et pour toutes vos nécessités. Si vous aurez l’occasion de séjourner dans cet appartement vous pourrez comprendre ce que signifie avoir tout à la porté de main. Nous sommes dans le quartier Sant’Ambrogio, résidentiel et en même temps vif, tout près des plus importantes attractions de Florence : Piazza Santa Croce se trouve à 5 minutes à pied, Piazza Signoria – Duomo à 10 minutes et la Galleria Uffizi seulement à 15 minutes. À quelques cents mètres le marché de Sant’ Ambrogio très connu pour les produits alimentaires locaux. Tout près de la résidence il y a des restaurants, des bars, des banques et tous les services les plus importants. Le supermarché et la pharmacie sont à deux cents mètres . La gare Campo di Marte se trouve à 15 minutes à pied. Pour arriver à la gare Santa Maria Novella vous aurez 20 minutes d’autobus : ligne C2 (arrêt piazza Beccaria) ou bien lignes 14 (arrêt Porta alla Croce). La station de taxi est à quelques dizaines de mètres. L’aéroport est 20 minutes de voiture. La Municipalité de Florence a introduit la taxe de séjour à partir du 1er Février 2025 conformément à la résolution du Conseil Municipal n°535/2024\. Le montant est de 6 Euro par personne la nuit pour un maximum de 7 nuits consécutives. Exemptions suivantes les mineurs jusqu'à l’âge de douze ans. La rue est piétonne et animée. Pourtant, l'appartement est calme et tout a été pensé pour que le bruit de la rue ne soit pas répercuté à l'intérieur. C'est la première fois que nous avons un logement aussi propre et surtout où tout est présent.Il suffit d'y poser ses valises et partir à la découverte de Florence! We arrived five hours late but they stayed to help us into the apartment and explain everything. A bottle of good Chianti awaited us. Apartment is large, really thoughtfully furnished and well equipped. Everything was clean and functioning. Bed and pillows extremely comfortable. The main bedroom has large closets and multiple drawers. If you’d like to unpack during your stay, this is the place for you. The neighborhood is lively in a good way, with people enjoying the evening outdoors. Really good neighborhood restaurants, cafes, and gelato just minutes away. We loved being in a real neighborhood away from the tourist crowds, but only a 15’ish minute walk to the center. Host has installed excellent soundproof windows. There are mini splits for air conditioning and ceiling fans to keep the rooms very comfortable. Examples of the hosts’ thoughtfulness are things like giving you two sets of keys, two umbrellas, multiple pods for the espresso maker, bottled water, the good Chianti, and more. Great guestbook explains everything and lists numerous restaurants, nightlife places with charming recommendations. Silvia answered all our texts really quickly and helpfully. She went above and beyond to make sure we were well cared for. We look forward to returning! ##### Janice Y. The apartment is situated on a vehicle free street with a lovely vibe, a bit away from the main tourist area. It was completely soundproof, despite the energy from the street below. Everything needed for our stay was provided, and it was obvious that a great deal of thought had gone into fitting out the unit for holiday guests. Clear directions were given on the use of all the appliances. Silvia, our hostess, also went out of her way to provide helpful local information, particularly about restaurants and cafes. I was having trouble arranging a taxi for our next day departure, so she called the taxi company to make arrangements for us. Although she was unsuccessful as well, she took up her valuable time trying to make it happen. Apparently, taxis can be a little unreliable. So we walked to the train station instead. FYI it was only a 30 minute walk and very doable if you desire. The apartment was very nice. The street can be a little noisy but with the windows closed there was no street noise at all. Everything we needed or didn’t even know we needed was in the apartment, which made our short stay a great one. We were able to get around all over to sites and restaurants/bars walking pretty much the entire time. Even immediately after booking our stay the communication with Silvia was fantastic and she even helped us book a reservation at a nearby restaurant (Osteria Vini E Vecchi Sapori) which didn't take online reservations, and became one of our favorite meals of our trip, so we can't thank her enough. She checked in with us after our initial check-in (which she was able to accommodate a little earlier) to see if we needed anything and make sure things were fine, and went the extra mile to help us out with some Wi-Fi troubleshooting. Overall, wonderful, clean apartment in a wonderful location with an even more wonderful host. We would definitely love to visit Florence again and we'd be very happy to stay at Silvia and Emanuele's place again! ##### Erik W. Silvia & Emanuele greeted us on arrival & showed us through the apartment (first floor) which was spotlessly clean. Comfortable beds✅ Easy cooking with gas. Dishwasher Lg fridge. Close to “Coop” supermarket with everything you would need for food, drink etc, plus helpful staff. Flat located in charming pedestrian street with variety of shops, fashion, homewares, gelato & food & banks. A plus was the bus stop for the “Hop on & Hop off” bus close by. Check out the bus route and see the location close by to Silvia & Emanuele apartment. Take gel ear plus with just incase street is noisy. ( hosts supply foam ear plugs but gel mould to your inner ear, just more comfortable 😊) But it wasn’t a issue with us as we were exhausted from all the sightseeing! Very helpful hosts, book a taxi for a 6am pick up for us, no problem to get us to train station. Thank you for a great stay Silvia & Emanuele. We walked everywhere, to galleries, churches, the Ponte Vecchio, restaurants, and cafes. It was so handy to be able to drop things off in the apartment and then continue on with our day.
