Extremely quiet and finely furnished, it has all the comforts including wi-fi, a large TV, a living room with a sofa-bed, a relaxing terrace, a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, two double bedrooms with wardrobes, a bedroom with two single beds and a baby bed. Thanks to its position and comforts, Rodolfo is perfect for both long and short stay. Our flat is on the second floor, with no elevator. The two bedrooms upstairs, as shown in the picture, are a mansard/attic - therefore the ceiling are low: it is possible to stand, but the ceiling gradually descends and its hight diminishes. There are two bathrooms but only one shower. If you are a large group and like large spaces, please take these details into account. Please also refer to the planimetry for a better understading of the distribution of the flat's internal spaces. My team and I are available over the phone should you need assistance during your stay in Florence. I will provide you with our contact details and take care of your needs. Our residence is located in the Santa Maria Novella neighbourhood, where the splendid Basilica of Santa Maria Novella, the Pharmacy of Santa Maria Novella, the Novecento Museum, and other beauties are located. The neighbourhood is renowned for its restaurants and is also the main transport hub of the city, with the central station of Santa Maria Novella, the Bus station, and the tramway station which directly connects the center of Florence with its airport. The flats are 5 minutes away from the Arno River, the Duomo, 10 minutes from the Ponte Vecchio and Palazzo Vecchio. The apartment is 200 meters from the central station, the station of the bus, and the tramway, which connects the city with the airport. Our flat Rodolfo is available to small groups starting from 2 persons. However, when rented to small groups (2 persons), the bedrooms in excess will be locked. If you are in 2 or more persons and each one of your group wishes to have his/her own room (sofa bed included), that's possible but we will charge you an additional 15€ cleaning fee per room used. The fee must be paid upon your arrival. If you wish to have the extra room or sofa bed prepared, please tell us at least 48 hrs before your arrival. On le recommande vivement car tout est assez proche dont la gare de train Santa Maria Novella a 200 metres ainsi qu’une petite épicerie. Attention cependant car la chambre au second etage est petite et le plafond bas ainsi que dans le salle de bain de cet endroit. L’escalier pour y acceder est abrupt aussi. We were able to pretty much walk to every place we had activities. It was clean, and everything was explained on check in. The host was prompt in responding to questions. Séjour de 2 nuits en août 2024 ### 8/10 – Bien #### Dana R. 15 août 2024 Points forts : Propreté #### Great hosts and location, tight on space, lots of stairs Communication from beginning to end was excellent! Great location. The property is very clean and well stocked. however the photos are deceiving. Not sure what qualifies this as a "luxury" flat but the rooms are much smaller than the pictures indicate. The kitchen is very narrow and the "terrace" fits only 2 people even though the flat technically sleeps 8\. It is also up 3 flights of stairs to get to the apartment and 2 of the bedrooms are up another flight so make sure you are up to that! ##### Dana R. The flat is very close to everything. Walking distance to all. The flat is very clean and has all the amenities except a washer. Water pressure is excellent. There is plenty of hot water too. The AC worked perfect. WiFi was great! There is a small balcony that fr the kitchen. All in all it was a great stay. And we like definitely stay here again. ##### michele o.
