It is full of natural light and has spectacular views of the Arno river. It is elegantly furnished with antiques and designer furniture. The interior is 48 square meters (520 square feet), and was entirely renovated in 2008\. It is composed of a living room with an American kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed(160x200) and wardrobe and a modern bathroom. Although ideal for two people, the apartment can fit up to a maximum of four with its sofa bed (140x200) in the living room. In the apartment : Satellite Television, Wireless connection, Air conditioning, Individual heating, Safe, Bed and bath linens, Washing machine, Ironing equipment, Hair dryer, Fully equipped kitchen utensils. Video intercom to street level. In the kitchen: All equipment needed for cooking and setting the table, Oven and gas stove, dishwasher, Toaster, Tea kettle, microwave oven Weekly cleaning and change of linens is included. The following points of interest can be reached by foot: 1 minute walking to the Uffizi Gallery and Palazzo Vecchio, in Piazza Signoria. 5 minutes walking to Via Tornabuoni, the most elegant shopping street in Florence. Crossing the Ponte Vecchio to the other side of the Arno you reach Palazzo Pitti and the Boboli Garden in 5 minutes. The apartment is 15 minutes by foot to the main station, Santa Maria Novella, where you can take buses going in all directions of the city. Metered parking is available 100 meters from the apartment. L'abbiamo raggiunta con una piccola passeggiata per il Lungarno. Abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti in una appartamento al quinto piano, ma raggiunta dall'ascensore. Appartamento spazioso e pulitissimo dotato di tutti i confort necessari. Nel caso è presente anche la cucina, comodissima visto che siamo una famiglia. Dalla finestra del soggiorno c'è una vista splendida del Ponte Vecchio che si trova a 100 mt dal portone d'ingresso e a due passi da tutte le attrazioni. If you are really tall (at least 6ft), the ceilings are low - which could make you feel uncomfortable. But the view out the windows is just lovely. If you are very sensitive to street noise, late one night an ambulance went by and woke me up. Within a few blocks you have several really good gelato places & a very nice Conad market.
