This residence is a refined and cozy apartment situated in the vicinity of Novoli and Rifredi, just a short stroll from Florence Rifredi train station and approximately a 15-minute drive from the city's historic centre.  
  
 It accommodates a total of 4 individuals and boasts all essential amenities. Perfect for families or groups of friends seeking a retreat in the splendid city of Florence, away from the bustling city centre yet conveniently located in a residential area. Within walking distance, one can find various essential services, including green spaces with children's play areas, supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants, pharmacies, and more.  
  
The apartment is located on the seventh and top floor of a luxurious building and is served by a lift and air conditioning and is composed as follows:

\- large living room with fully equipped open kitchen and dining table  
\- living room with double sofa bed and armchairs  
\- French door to access the terrace equipped with table, chairs and sun loungers, parasol and gas barbecue  
  
Sleeping area  
\- 1 double bedroom with wardrobe, desk and French window with access to the equipped terrace

The power of art and the vitality of the culture of Florence, from ancient times, have had such an energy that they spread strongly throughout almost all of Tuscany. There is one area in particular that shows signs of that thriving city and it is the Florentine area, a territory that preserves wonderful Medici villas, UNESCO heritage, unique castles, abbeys, enchanted woods, delightful hills and precious museums. It is no coincidence that the Renaissance ring passes through these lands, an embrace around Florence that welcomes various places, an itinerary to be covered on foot or by bicycle through artfully made landscapes.  
  
The capital is notoriously a treasure chest of priceless treasures, which are not limited to the majestic Renaissance works, but are breathed in all the museum spaces, in the gardens, in the small squares, in the contemporary art exhibitions and in the numerous festivals throughout the year. Plunging into the Uffizi and the Museo dell'Opera del Duomo is one of the most beautiful experiences to live if you are an art lover and a walk to the Giadino di Boboli is a continuous discovery, among fountains, sculptures and tree-lined avenues.
