The light in one bathroom was not working and we had issues with toilet in the other bathroom where flushing mechanism was sticking. This was communicated to Elisabetta, who was appreciative of notification. These were not issues that required immediate attention during our stay. Location was great!! We loved the apartment and the amazing view and location. After 8 days of navigating around France and Italy, to be able to get off the train, get onto one tram directly to our apartment was an absolute dream. Check in was straight forward and easy. Isabella gave us a business card for the restaurant directly downstairs and the food was delicious and the service was friendly. We could walk to everything-the Galleria dell'Accademia was literally around the corner, making an early morning visit to the David relaxing and enjoyable.
