The beds were very comfortable & the pillows were satisfactory. The main bedroom had blackout curtains which was great. However, the top bedroom had no curtains & was too bright, & was sparse with no storage at all for clothes. We were disappointed as the property was not as described. There was no Nespresso machine with coffee as promised, & when I contacted the host about this, I received no reply. Also, the lockers were broken & no washing powder was available. The description stated that toiletries would be included, but there was only shower gel, & no shampoo, hair conditioner or body lotion. There were no instructions for the electrical appliances & so the tv & hob were difficult to use. I also think it’s not acceptable for staff to enter the apartment when we weren’t there (to collect the city tax). Overall, it fell short of what was promised & as we paid a high price, so we felt we were overcharged. ##### Cheryl S.
