The staff was exceptionally helpful and accommodating. The hotel was quaint and clean. The negatives were not having USB ports in the room for 3 international travelers and one night we had to wait about an hour for hot water to take a shower.

The room was very spacious with a large bathroom. Love the lobby lounge with comfortable seating to sit for afternoon coffee. The rooms and common corridors were kept clean and very pleasant.

Great stay! Walkable to other parts of Florence, loved the breakfast! The only thing is it is very close to the train station, which is convenient but also a lot of weird people around the area.

Close to the train station and a short walk to the more scenic parts of town. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Staff are very friendly and helpful. One of the less aesthetically pleasing hotels I’ve stayed at while in Italy but functional.

5 STARS AT A GREAT PRICE.

Excellent location near the train station. Also close to the most espectacular and iconic church of florence. Hotel provides elevator which is very appreciated because not many hotels in Florence count with this service. Very clean and modern room, i loved the tub in room with a separate shower. I highly recommend this hotel. I rate it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

I made a reservation for 2 twin beds. When I arrived at the hotel, the receptionist said it was a queen bed, but I wanted to exchange it for 2 twins. I should have done the upgrade for 30 euros a day for a larger room. I made the upgrade, but the room was too small, so I doubt that I actually received an upgrade. The bathroom was very small and old. The breakfast was excellent, and the location beside the train station was good, but the room was terrible.

Had a great stay at c-hotels diplomat in Florence recently! The staff were helpful, and the hotel is surprisingly quiet despite being in a central neighbourhood and close to the train station. There is parking in a lot right next door, though it's a bit expensive this was expected given that it's in a major city. The room was very comfortable and clean. The only major drawback was there was a faint smell of sewage in the lobby that never really went away, but both myself and my partner noted it the whole time. The hotel is located in a very central area, easy to walk to everything.
