Elegant and renovated, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, in the heart of the Santa Croce district – less than 10 minutes from the Duomo. Frescoes Elegance Apartment offers a charming balcony with a view of the Florence Synagogue and its gardens and can sleep up to 4 people.  
  
The careful restoration and the balanced combination of modern and designer furniture with stuccoes and antique decorations have made this property unique and of particular value.  
  
Frescoes Elegance Apartment is located on the 2nd floor with an elevator of an elegant building in the heart of the Santa Croce district in Florence. The property is spread over a single level, offering spacious living areas illuminated by large windows and enriched by original decorative elements that have been carefully preserved and restored.  
  
The orientation and characteristics of the house make it a very pleasant and naturally cool place to stay during the hot florentine summer.  
  
An elegant corridor with a checkerboard floor welcomes the guests, leading them to the left towards the first bedroom and the first bathroom with a shower.  
  
Flooded in natural light and made cozy by the parquet floor, this bedroom is featured by the magnificent hood of an antique fireplace, restored and brought back to life, as well as the arch above the entrance door, which adds a rustic touch to the \\"total white\\" enviroment.  
  
On the other side of the corridor is the modern kitchen, fully equipped with all appliances and completely set up to prepare any type of dish. The kitchen opens into the living and dining area, which share a single space. This area highlights the extensive restoration of original finishes, such as the floor and the extraordinary wall and ceiling decorations..  
  
The modern furnishings are a perfect blend of comfort and color nuances. The entire area is flooded with natural light from the large French doors that open onto a charming balcony with a view of the Florence Synagogue and its beautiful gardens.  
  
Continuing on the right, there is the master bedroom with an elegant en-suite bathroom featuring a refined black marble-tiled shower. The original decorations and the niche in the wall are a stunning legacy that this room offers to its fortunate guests.  
  
From here, too, there is access to the balcony, which, together with the view, makes this room beautifully illuminated.
