Our place is a private upstairs unit, that is accessed through the main house (back door) but only a short distance to the stairs. The steps are very well lit with a hand rail but are a little steep.The unit can sleep three (queen bed and a twin bed), with off road parking and a well lit entrance. We provide water, juice, oatmeal and coffee for breakfast. There's a microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, ice bucket, plates, silverware and even a corkscrew. Convenient to the Iron Man Course, Riverbend Festival, Fall Foliage Festivals, many bicycle races, Ironman, UTC, Covenant College and several popular barn wedding & events venue. There's also LOTS of live music venues. PLEASE NOTE: If you need to arrive sooner or stay later, we’ll try to accommodate if possible. All five beds were comfortable, everything was very clean, and the teenagers appreciated the snacks. Easy to find and felt safe and homey. Host communication was top-notch.
