Villa Waldpark is a cozy and comfortable apartment house located in the district of Flims Waldhaus, Waldhaus, Switzerland. It offers a yard, Internet WiFi, and parking facilities. Situated at an altitude of 1,000 meters above sea level, this three-story property provides a peaceful and sunny setting, just 1 kilometer from the town center and 1.5 kilometers from the skiing area, making it an ideal vacation rental for outdoor enthusiasts.

The property boasts a shared garden and lawn, perfect for soaking up the sun. It is conveniently located in a cul-de-sac, surrounded by the beautiful countryside. Guests can enjoy easy access to various outdoor activities, including skiing, golfing, hiking, and more.  
  
Other Information  
The house features a storage room for skis and a central heating system for added comfort. Motor access to the house is available, and there is communal covered parking on-site, as well as public parking within 200 meters. Guests can find a grocery store within 800 meters, a restaurant within 500 meters, and the "Flims Waldhaus, Spielplatz" bus stop is just 400 meters away. The nearby lake Caumasee is only 1 kilometer from the property.

Nearby attractions include the Ruinaulta/Rheinschlucht, located just 2 kilometers away. The well-known ski region, Weisse Arena Flims/Laax, is easily accessible, situated only 1.5 kilometers from the property. Additionally, the popular lakes Caumasee and Crestasee are within 1 and 3 kilometers, respectively. For hiking enthusiasts, the Unesco World Heritage Site, Sardona, offers stunning trails just an example of the many outdoor adventures awaiting guests in this picturesque location.

Unit Layout  
The Villa Waldpark is a 5-room maisonette that covers an area of 85 square meters and is spread across two levels on the first floor. The cozy and comfortable furnishings include a living/dining room with an open-hearth fireplace (for decorative purposes only) and a satellite TV with a flat-screen display. There is an exit leading to the balcony from this room. Additionally, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and the other is a children's room equipped with two bunk beds, each 90 cm wide and 180 cm long. The open kitchen area features an oven, dishwasher, four induction hot plates, a kettle, an electric coffee machine, Nespresso capsules (available at an extra cost), a raclette grill, and a fondue set (chinoise and cheese). There is also a dining table in the kitchen area. The main level also includes a bath/WC.  
  
Amenities Included  
On the upper floor, you will find a gallery and another room with a double bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, as well as a shower/WC. The property boasts a 10-square-meter balcony with a south-facing position, offering beautiful views of the mountains and the countryside. Outdoor amenities include balcony furniture and deck chairs. The Villa Waldpark is equipped with a washing machine, and internet access is provided via WiFi (free of charge). Additionally, there is a garage space available, which can accommodate one car.

Please note that this property is suitable for families and is a non-smoking establishment. The maximum capacity is six individuals, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms available.
