Its ideal location and facilities make it a good choice for a family holiday. You are just 8 km from the centre of Landeck and the Venet ski area. The ski area 'Fiss-Serfau-Ladis' is also just 20 km away. Italy (e.g. Lake Reschen, Merano) and Switzerland (e.g. Samnaun, St. Moritz) can be reached within 30 minutes. In summer, it is the ideal starting point for beautiful hikes. During the winter, there is a children's lift for the little skiers at just 1 km. The apartment on the second floor features a spacious kitchen, a bathroom and a separate toilet. You can enjoy the fantastic view of the surrounding mountains like the Venet from the balcony. With the Tirol West Card, you can use the Venetbahn cable car free of charge daily, in addition to the basic services.
