Outdoor enthusiasts will delight in the proximity to various attractions, including a 9-hole golf course (50km), a ski lift (12km), a gondola lift (12km), ski slopes (12km), a ski bus stop (150m), a ski school (5.5km), a sled run (4.5km), and cross-country ski tracks (2km). Renowned ski regions such as Fiss/Serfaus (21km), St. Anton am Arlberg (28km), and Kaunertaler Gletscher (42km) are within easy reach. The property offers a free ski bus service to the Venet-Süd ski region.

The kitchen-living room is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine, along with a dining nook and satellite TV.

The apartment offers various amenities to enhance your vacation experience. These include a bathroom, a separate toilet, a double hand-basin, oil heating, and parquet floors throughout.
