T3 flat for 6 people on the 1st floor with a living area of 40 m2 and a balcony to the rear.  
  
Kitchen opening onto living room with 4 gas rings, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer and washing machine.   
Living room with sofa and television.   
  
Bedroom 1 has 1 double bed (140cm) and 2 bunk beds (90cm).   
The second bedroom has access to the balcony and has a double bed (140cm).  
  
The shower room has an open shower and washbasin.  
Separate WC.  
  
Pets not allowed.  
Free public parking nearby.  
  
The keys are to be collected from the Guy Hoquet - Saint Pierre la Mer agency and a map to the accommodation will be given to you.

Small building at the bottom of Saint Pierre la Mer, a stone's throw from the beach and the port. Building without lift.  
  
Saint-Pierre-La-Mer is a family seaside resort, where everything has remained on a human scale.   
  
Large fine sandy beach (5 km long) with Blue Flag status, ideal for children.   
  
For sports enthusiasts: a wide range of water sports (windsurfing, paddle boarding, kayaking, etc.), hiking and cycling trails in the Clape massif.   
The garrigue, with its scents of thyme, lavender and rosemary, comes alive with the song of the cicadas in summer.   
  
Curiosity: the Oeil Doux chasm, with its high, green limestone cliffs overlooking an emerald-green expanse of water.  
 In July and August, the largest market on the coast is held every day, as well as a night-time craft market.

Menage non fait avant notre arrivée , vaisselle non plus , le mobilier et l'électroménager ont l'âge de l'appartement.Clic clac cassé, store qui marche 1 jour dans la semaine , frigo aux performances proche de zéro, linge de lit aux grosses taches tres suspectes , matelas des annees 80 sales , inconfortables et troué, prises electriques qui s'arrache du mur , poignées de portes et verrou hs ,toilettes minuscules etc.....etc...Points positifs : proche de la mer , agence Guy Hoquet tres comprehensive.
