Sleeps 10, Gas FP Mountain Dreams has 4 bedrooms with a sleeping loft and 2 full bathrooms, easy paved access off of a state-maintained road, WIFI, gas fireplace (seasonal), soft mountain views, covered decks and level parking for 4 vehicles. Great location with West Jefferson just 15-20 minutes (approximately 8 miles) from our cabin. \*\*\*Our cabin is pet friendly with management approval. However, only dogs are allowed weighing less than 40 pounds, with a maximum of 2 dogs. There is a onetime nonrefundable pet fee of $75 (plus tax) per dog. The wrap around deck is enclosed with gates. There is no pool table, swimming pool or fire pit. Free Fun Included Every Day! One bedroom with king bed, cable TV, access doors onto the deck and private heat/AC unit. The 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed with a desk (no AC). The full bathroom with standup shower is located across the hall from the king size bedroom. The newly remodeled kitchen boasts granite countertops, new kitchen cabinets, large center island with dishwasher and enough dining for 8 guests. There is a stainless-steel refrigerator, microwave, slow cooker, regular coffee maker and most basic cookware and dinnerware. The living room has a floor to ceiling stone gas fireplace (seasonal), cable TV and comfortable seating. There is a mini-split in the living room with heat and AC controlled by a remote control. Upper Floor: There is a king size bed in the loft area for additional sleeping (no bathroom in the open loft). Lower Level: The lower level offers 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom, bumper pool/poker table, cable TV with an electric fireplace. One of the bedrooms has a queen size bed and the 4th bedroom has 2 twin beds. The laundry room with front end loading washer and dryer is also on the lower level. There is also a mini-split in the family room (no AC in the bedrooms). Outside: Enjoy your favorite meal with our gas grill on the deck. There is seating on both front and back covered wrap around deck to take in the beauty of Ashe County and Mother Nature. There is a nice level yard for the kids to run and play games. Location: Mountain Dreams is located just outside of West Jefferson, about a 15-18 minute drive to grocery stores, shopping, restaurants and sightseeing. Such a beautiful cabin and I can’t say enough about the staff! Stacey was great, any time that we needed something he responded very fast and Pamela was very helpful also. Great space. The wrap-around porch has gates so that small kids and the dog couldn't escape! There is no pool, even though it is advertised on VRBO as having one. When I sent a message to the managing realty company, they blamed it on VRBO having a new website. I found that to be unprofessional as a realtor should know how to use the site. The cleaning fee (which is large) only allows you to leave 2 small bags of trash, anything more you are charged extra or have to take to the local dump yourself. That is not a lot of garbage for such a large home that sleeps so many. Overall, great home, not so great managing realty company. ##### Tamara G. We saw many bunnies, chipmunks and deer while sitting outside on the porch. The house was super clean and very well equipped. We had everything we needed for cooking. We enjoyed playing games in the game room after fun days exploring the mountains. Waterless hot water heater made sure we all got hot showers with no worry of using up the hot water. The property was secluded, but close to attractions and mountain experiences. Perfect!! ##### Donna H.
