The entire unit is yours to live in and enjoy! We provide fresh linens, towels, coffee, tea, and basic essentials upon your arrival.  
  
  
This stylish two-level home offers bright, open-concept living with stunning ocean views. It features three bedrooms: one queen bedroom on the main floor with an ensuite, another queen room downstairs with a bunk room as well. There are is one full and one half bathrooms upstairs and two full bathroom downstairs. With a total of seven beds, including bunk beds in the third bedroom (one double/single bunk, one single/single bunk), and a pullout couch downstairs, the home can accommodate multiple guests. Parking is available for 3 or 4 vehicles. Enjoy your morning coffee on the spacious deck, or explore nearby hiking trails. This is the perfect place for a peaceful getaway, yet just a short drive to St. John’s. Wi-Fi availability will be confirmed during cleaning.  
  
A car is recommended to explore the stunning coastline and nearby attractions. Just a short drive to St. John’s, Flatrock offers a peaceful escape with easy access to scenic hiking trails and ocean views. Parking is available on-site, and taxi or ride-share services may be limited, so plan ahead for a smooth adventure!
