Nestled among towering pine trees and situated in the Country Club Neighborhood, this serene retreat offers the perfect blend of a central location and peacefulness, just about 10 minutes to historic downtown! The house is set up well for families; dining room, kitchen, and living room are all open. Everyone can be doing something and still feel connected to the larger group! Inside our vacation home, you will find luxurious touches throughout. The master ensuite boasts a comfortable king-sized bed and a spacious luxury ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub. The tranquil sunroom and deck, are perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. It\`s also a perfect spot to curl up with a good book or take in the stunning views of the vast beauty. With an open concept layout, the home is perfect for entertaining and spending time with loved ones. The upscale furnishings and décor add a touch of elegance to the space, making it feel like your own personal oasis. So why wait? Don\`t miss out on this incredible opportunity to create lifelong memories in the picturesque city of Flagstaff. Except for a few off-limits areas, guests will have the entire home to themselves. Accessibility: To enter the house, there are a couple of steps to access the front door. Guests do not have to navigate any other stairs to access the whole house nor the deck. There are steps to walk into the backyard from the deck. We provide space to our guests, and are available when needed. We will check with you a couple times in the beginning of your stay to make sure everything is well. You can get a hold of us via AirBnB messaging , text, or phone call. We have a hard-working team, but in an effort to give them and us time with our families, we ask that you be patient with responses between the hours of 7pm and 8:30am. After booking you will be sent a link to your guest registration page. This is though us directly, through our management software Hostaway. Guest registration must be completed to receive information to access property. However, property access information is not available earlier than 5 days prior to check-in. We collect the following information during registration: \- All adult guests: Full names \- Main Guest: Email, phone number, DOB, copy of Gov\`t ID \- Vehicle information By booking, you acknowledge and agree to our house rules, the presence of exterior cameras, and to complete our guest registration. There are off-street parking spaces available, please try to utilize the driveway and garage only. This helps keep the streets clear for easy navigation by residents. City Ordinance: No street parking From Nov. 1st through April 1st. If you park on the street during this timeframe, you might receive a ticket or worse, your vehicle might get towed. We are not responsible for anything that results from you parking on the street. Cleaning fee will be an additional $50 for stays 10 days or longer. This is to make sure we are providing the utmost cleanliness experience for all of our guests. A $300 security deposit hold will be paced on your card a few days prior to your check-out date. This hold will be released, less any incidentals, if any, about 4 days after your check-out. When you book, please tell us a little bit about the reason for your visit. We have a few rules which we’d like to let you know about. We know rules are boring, but we’d really appreciate if you could have a quick read. #1 – Shoes Off • Please remove your shoes as you enter the house. Thank you so much! #2 – Pets • For the consideration and safety of our cleaners and future guests with allergies please do not bring pets onto the property. We reserve the right to charge a fee for any clean up or remediation. #3 – No Smoking, No Vaping, No Recreational Drug Use • Our house is a drug-free, smoke-free, and vape-free property. This means no smoking, no vaping, or recreational drugs inside or outside of the home. We reserve the right to charge a fee for any clean up or remediation. #4 - Number of Guests • Ensure total guests matches that on your booking. If you have more guests than what you have booked for, you will not be covered under insurance coverage of the platform you used to book, and you may be charged an extra fee. This is bad for everyone! #5 – No Parties • Please respect our neighbors. This is a residential working neighborhood that is quiet in the evenings. Noise levels must be minimal after 9PM. There is a noise level city ordinance and we do not want any complaints. Violation of this will result in one or more of the following; termination of your reservation, forfeiting security deposit, and/or a possible fee. We must respect the peace of the community. Thank you for understanding! #6 - Please Clean Up Dishes • If you use any dishes during your stay, the cleaning team would be extremely grateful if you would clean them. This would be of great help. #7 - Check Out is 10AM • Our cleaning team will arrive shortly after 10AM to clean the property. We can’t stop them, they are a cleaning machine! (You may request a late check-out. Please submit your request no later than 24 hours before your check-out time.
