Bordering the Coconino National Forest, this property is located just down the road from the Elden Pueblo Archaeological Site and within 10 miles of the Continental Golf Club, the Lowell Observatory, and Walnut Canyon National Monument. You'll have plenty of exciting things to see and do within minutes of your front door! Inside this four-bedroom, mid-century modern-inspired home, whip up family favorites in the full kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar. Dine together or bust out a few board games at the adjacent table, and then kick back and relax in the living area while you stream your favorite channels or entertain your party with a tune on the weighted keyboard. During the winter months, go sledding on local hills or indulge in some snow play at Arizona Snowbowl (20 miles away), then come home, switch on the electric fireplace, and warm up in the central heating. This property also includes central air-conditioning for those sizzling summer days. Outdoors, fire up the gas grill for a perfect BBQ, or watch sunrises over Sheep Hill and sunsets over Mt. Eldon. The house was exceptionally clean and well stocked. The house convenient to everything. Just 10 minutes to downtown Flagstaff and about 1.5 hours to the Grand Canyon Visitor Center.
