This is more towards Expedia, however the hotel didn’t try to help resolve the matter either. Without notification or warning on the Expedia site, the front desk closed at 10pm, I arrived at 11 pm and was not given any information until I walked up to the front and was able to read their notice, I immediately called the hotel, they told me that I had to call Expedia, I did and told them the problem, they told me not to worry and that the issue of me not getting a room at almost midnight with 3 children, would be resolved. It was not.
