This is more towards Expedia, however the hotel didn’t try to help resolve the matter either. Without notification or warning on the Expedia site, the front desk closed at 10pm, I arrived at 11 pm and was not given any information until I walked up to the front and was able to read their notice, I immediately called the hotel, they told me that I had to call Expedia, I did and told them the problem, they told me not to worry and that the issue of me not getting a room at almost midnight with 3 children, would be resolved. It was not.

Don’t come here if you coming on a long road trip they will screw you over because we tried to contact them about arriving late but they didn’t answer and then at 10pm they called us told we couldn’t check-in, basically told us we are sleeping in our car with 5 people. They told us that we could still come in the next for our room, but after leaving the Grand Canyon I had call them to ask if we are still good to check in and they proceed to tell us that our reservation was canceled and that we are sleeping in our car again and then lied to us saying that he was waiting until 1 am for us to show on the first night. They also charged us for the first night for nothing. Don’t do business with these people.

Excellent clean nicely appointed room especially for the price. At check in, EK was great and very helpful getting me into the correct suite with a couch which I purposely booked for a relaxing stay. I plan to stay again since I travel through Flagstaff often. If only they had a hot tub but it is a no frills place as the price reflex. Studio 6 is a big step up for Motel 6. Nicely done…

Nice size rooms and cute kitchenette. Unfortunately there's no utensils or cookware so we had to do microwave dinners from the nearby Walmart. Overall, I liked staying there, even though our toilet had an issue. My biggest complaint is that they charged me about 3 times my rate for a deposit and took several days to process the automatic refund. None of the other hotels on our trip did anything more than a reauthorization for the deposit.

This was a Studio accommodation with a small kitchenette. There were a number of cupboards, a microwave, large fridge-freezer but no cooking utensils, cutlery or crockery. Not a good experience for a suite accommodation.

I was just disgusted by finding some hairs in the bath tub and the tub didn't drain well, maybe about half inch was accumulating all the time.. Personally I have terrible experience with staying motel 6 and I was hoping this place is not related but it was motel 6. The room key holder shows " motel 6 " I will never stay "something 6" hotel ever again.

Had a great time with the whole family. Room was very spacious and the kitchen was a plus. Staff was nice and friendly. There’s a Walmart a block away which was very convenient. Highly recommend for large families.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at your hotel. Upon checking in, I was informed that there was an additional $100 security deposit, which was not mentioned during the booking process. Furthermore, the room was not up to the expected standards. There were no towels in the restroom, the refrigerator was extremely dirty, and the floors appeared to have not been properly mopped or swept. Additionally, there were dirty towels left in the sink. I must say, this level of cleanliness and service is unacceptable. I will not be staying at this hotel ever again, and I will be sharing my experience with others as well.

Once we got to our room. The floors were dirty there was debris everywhere. There was stains on the doorknob. Toilet bowl wasn’t clean properly. Some of the towels stunk.

This was a nice place to rest for the night, was clean and had a nice kitchenette. It was a cold day and unfortunately when I went to check in at 7pm the office was locked, I rang the doorbell and eventually someone came but she didn’t have a key and went and looked for someone who did. Other then that it was a perfectly fine place to stay

Hotel was newly remodeled and nice and our room was huge. However it was super close to the freeway so noisy. The other clientle was a little sketchy, there was a giy on a cell phone in the parking lot at 8 o'clock at night yelling and dropping the f word every other word. Don't think we'll stay here again

Unwanted early wake up call. Will never stay agian
We checked in to relatively OK, room and upon further inspection it wasn’t exactly clean. I had a surgery scheduled for 9 AM the next morning - promptly on the morning of surgery the room next-door alarm clock alarm went off at 6 AM my surgery wasn’t until 9 AM I called the number posted at the front door, which was a walk from my room to the very next building. No one comes in at 7 AM. She says no apology. No, oh my gosh let me see if we can’t get someone there… anyways the alarm went off for a full hour. I called again right before seven and it wasn’t until then that she finally sent someone over to turn off the alarm in the room next-door that was unoccupied. Only for the alarm to go off again after 7 PM obviously, the clerk did not know how to unset the alarm settings, so that it wouldn’t go off at all. I called the clerk now that they were in the office and she took a minute or so to get over there and turn off the alarm. I ended up not even staying the second night because I was recovering from surgery Friday all day and did not want to wake up to another 6 AM surprise alarm -Saturday morning.

While I enjoyed the location and the friendly staff, the room next to me had their alarm set for early in the morning, and it would ring for an hour before it was shut off. This left me unable to get rest during my 3 night stay, and I left more exhausted than when I arrived.
