Guest should not expect to park any vehicles or personal items in the garage Guests are free to reach out anytime they please. We highly encourage guests to reach out if they have any questions or need help with anything. We will have some regular scheduled correspondence sent for important check-in and checkout info. \-No outside fires except for the gas firepit provided. This is a huge liability that we simply cannot tolerate ($500 fine) \-No parties \-No smoking ($500 fine) \-There will be a fee applied if guests do not depart from the home on time. $30 for every 15 min past checkout time unless previously arranged with host \-We are not responsible for left or lost items. If found we can return the items for the cost of shipping plus $50.00 flat rate fee. \-Hot tub: Guest must shower before. The spa is serviced before every reservation. The house is spacious with lots of room for sitting outside. Since the porch wraps around the house, it was great being able to find shade at most times during the day. The bedrooms all had great views and we all enjoyed the peaceful quiet time being outside of town. The kitchen was well equipped with a good selection of stainless steel pots/pans, Pyrex and a blender which made us feel right at home! Our dog even made friends with the goats and cow next door and loved having quiet dirt roads for family walks. He really also loved the fenced yard. The wrap around covered patio allowed us to move furniture around so we could stay shaded and spend most of our time outdoors in the fresh air. The kitchen was stocked with spices and all the tools to cook multiple meals as well as a clean grill for grilling. We found the home comfortable with multiple gathering spaces and a large table for eating and games. We would definitely stay here. Again, the views were amazing and we were able to enjoy the sunsets with the mountains in the background. ##### Kadi S. It was well stocked with all that you'll need during your stay. We were there for our daughters graduation and also had another VRBO where our other group stayed that, for logistical reasons, we tended to gather at more. That being said, we didn't utilize all the amenities that are offered such as the jacuzzi and fire pit. The game room area upstairs was great and would be the perfect spot for younger guests as well as adults. Mason was a great host and had a quick response time. Would recommend! ##### laura p.
