There is a good swingset in the backyard, for families with littles. Also a large deck for outside seating. The LR & DR seating was great. Very comfortable, and accommodated several people. We were a party of 6 adults, and 3 littles under 3.The 4 bedrooms, beds and bedding were great. There's a nice laundry if needed. I gave it 4\* instead of 5 for cleanliness, only because of the outside decks had allot of spider webs. But the inside where it's important was spotless. It's hard to get it all, and at least the most important part was taken care of with an A.The owner was really great about communicating, and accommodating our requests.Location is out of town, but it's not that far of a drive to go into Flagstaff. We were familiar with the location, and knew we weren't going into town much, so it wasn't an issue.Overall, highly recommend. ##### Marlana M.
