-Fire restrictions may limit fireplace use and national forest access.
-$150 pet charge per stay. Must notify host if you are bringing a pet (up to 2 dogs allowed). Please ensure that your dogs are well behaved, potty trained, and avoid leaving them in the house when you leave. Any damage will be filed as a claim. No other types of pets are permitted without prior permission. -The property is not fully enclosed by a fence, so it strongly recommended that kids and pets are supervised.
-House is on septic and well. Please be mindful of water usage.
-Keep close eye on small children when on the deck(s) and the top floor of the home near the banister.
-Coconino County is internationally recognized for
dark skies. Please turn off outdoor lights when not outside.
