Dining at the popular Oakmont restaurant is a short walk from the townhouse. The spacious deck affords unobstructed views of Mount Elden and the fairway. The townhouse is a short 7-minute drive to downtown Flagstaff for dining and entertainment. This is a perfect spot for day excursions to Sedona and the Grand Canyon. Please note Club facilities use is only available to guests who pay a use transfer fee. Transfer fee amount is one time $150 plus one time $35 per person for card printing. Pet fee(dogs only)— $25 for one dog, $30 for two. Heater is extremely loud especially when it turns on in the middle of the night. Home essentials such as toilet paper, hand soaps & kitchen supplies were very cheap so bad I had to go out and purchase my own. Shower towels were old and beat up as well as bed linens. Mattress was hard and very uncomfortable. The shower has unstable water temperature and the shower water handle gets so hot it’s unbearable I burned my hand when turning it off, definitely unsafe for kids. We stayed in Flagstaff for a week-long visit to the area and this property was perfect. Easy access from the highway, yet totally peaceful. Our hosts reached out prior to our arrival to let us know the city was doing a little maintenance near the entrance. We were in Flagstaff celebrating our daughter's 21st birthday. It was SUPER clean, cozy, and well equipped. The location was beautiful and my husband and I took walks on the golf course. The loft stairs are super narrow so anyone a little bit older or heavier might have trouble navigating them. There were 7 of us staying in the house and we ran out of hot water pretty quickly despite breaking up our showeres. It wasn't a big deal - we just waited a little bit longer in between.
