Convenience meets comfort at this beautiful, modern home in southwest Flagstaff, ideally situated for both urban attractions and exploring the stunning natural surroundings. The Northern Arizona University campus is three miles away, with all the shopping, restaurants, breweries, and amenities of central Flagstaff less than a mile further on. Summertime visitors will love the easy proximity to abundant hiking, mountain biking, and golf opportunities, while wintertime visitors will be around five miles from Flagstaff Snow Park and surrounded by snowshoeing and cross-country skiing trails.  
  
Built in 2020, the home itself features a bright, modern interior, open floor plan, and chic furnishings. Don your chef’s hat and step into the sleek kitchen, boasting stainless steel appliances, a standalone island, and gleaming countertops, to whip up mealtime masterpieces. Serve up your culinary creations at the natural-wood dining table or just grab a quick snack at the breakfast bar.  
  
After a day of exploring, come home and wind down on the back patio. Make sure to take advantage of the grill and watch your favorite sports team by firelight on the outdoor flatscreen TV. Prefer to stay indoors? Snuggle up on the velvet sofas while streaming the latest releases. End the day by tossing your clothes in the washer/dryer for a quick refresh, and cozy up in one of three bedrooms. Remote workers will love the dedicated desk area with a spare computer monitor to plug into and the free WiFi.

The back patio and gas grill is a shared space for the main home and the studio apartment above the garage. The studio space and the main home space remain separate unless rented together.
