This 2-acre fenced-in forested oasis is hidden in the heart of town, offering privacy while being close to everything. The spacious one-bedroom, one-bathroom rustic bunkhouse has been transformed into a chic, air-conditioned retreat. Sleeps up to four in beds, with extra guests welcome for a small fee. Enjoy modern amenities in a beautifully updated historic home that blends vintage charm with contemporary comfort! The home is nestled off of fourth street near old downtown flagstaff. The property is unique in the sense that it is a full 2-acre, private property for lots of space. You get to experience a wooded environment without having to leave city limits. The home is a single level with two (2) stairs before the front entrance of the home. After that, the home is all single level. Although the home is only one bedroom, its very spacious and roomy. The master bedroom pathway has a wide double door for easy access if you have a wheelchair. Lots of windows throughout for lots of natural lighting. \*For all stays 10 nights or longer, the cleaning fee will be double the regular amount for a deep clean after guest departure. \*There is an additional fee for having pets. Please make sure your pets are included in the reservation and the fee will automatically be applied to your stay. Please note: The Foxtail plant is native to this area. This plant can be dangerous (but not poisonous) to animals when inhaled or consumed due to the sharp, barbed seeds. It is in the middle of a neighborhood that has grown around it, but the yard is fenced and very private. The house is clean and well-appointed. The location is really good as it is within walking distance to Bushmaster Park that has a dog park. The Buffalo Park is about 5 minutes away.
