For breakfast we provide burritos and sandwiches at the front desk, we also have bagels,toast,cereal, and more provided in the lobby! We hope to see during your next visit in town!

Chambre très propre et confortable. Fenêtre donnant sur un mur, rideaux pas suffisamment occultants. Check-in très sympathique et efficace. Petit déjeuner catastrophique : une seule personne qui se démène pour servir tout le monde, clairement insuffisant. Arrêt du service à 9h, à 8:20, plus aucun plat chaud disponible, pas d’eau bouillante. Très petite salle pour le nombre de clients. Moment vraiment désagréable auquel s’ajoute la piscine fermée.

Piscine hors service sans être prévenu alors que nous avions choisi un hôtel pour cela Petit déjeuner : nous arrivons à 8h00 au petit déjeuner et plus rien sur place excepté des céréales et les distributeurs de boissons, nous demandons à l’hôtesse d’avoir du pain ou pain de mie( la personne avant nous avait pris le dernier morceau), elle nous réponds que ce n’est pas possible . De ce fait nous avons dû aller déjeuner dans un café autour de l’hôtel . Lamentable

Room was OK nothing special, beds were good but the pillows were terrible. Breakfast was an absolute joke with stale breads and fruit that way over ripe. Don’t go down after 0800 and expect much left as they don’t restock it. Flagstaff has a lot of other hotels that I would stay at before staying here.

The room floor is so dirty that it turned my feet black. Two of the bath towels had stains on them. There was chipped tile in the bathroom. You can hear the person upstairs any time they moved around.

They accommodated my early check in when I was traveling with kids, because they were able to! Saved me a lot of headache trying to find things to do until the regular 3pm check in time. If they are able to help, they will.

Great location to lots of dining options and stores. It's off the main drive, which is great with a bigger vehicle and provides quick access to the highway. Some of our towels were already used (not cleaned very well), but our stay was great and the staff were very friendly when checking in.

The property is not new and not fancy; but we appreciate that it allows dogs. The breakfast help were surly and very slow to replenish anything, but its hard to get help these days! But this review is mainly for the handicap room's adequacy. The good: it had a eide doorway, and plenty of room to maneuver inside. The bed was at a good level, as was the sink. The bad: the shower had a set but otherwise was a complete fail. The curtain rod was one of those that curved outward, so if you use the shower curtain ALL the water would drain outside the enclosure. And since there was no drain in the batheroom floor, it stays flooded. There was no hook near the shower, so no place to hang a towel. And the shampoo (etc) dispensers were at the end by the shower controls, so they were out of reach of someone who needs to use the shower seat. Had they been put in the middle of the back wall of the stall, they would have been handy to both seated and standing shower users. Frustrating experience; and because of all the water that ended up out on the bathroom floor, a real slip-and-fall hazard.

I loved that is was modern, very clean, and easily accessible to many attractions and for a very reasonable price. It wasnt fancy but it offered everything I needed. The free breakfast was very simple compared to other free breakfasts but it was free. My only complaint was the condition of the pool and hot tub as it was unavailable for guests due to construction.

Beds were super uncomfortable, and the shower didn’t get hot. But it was clean so at least there is that. Breakfast was literally cereal, toast, and juice. Very bare bones minimum.

The price is right if you want bed bugs and a dirty room. The room was filthy, when I got there something sticky was on the floor, i moped the floor with some rags and the rags were black. The toilet was dirty, the bathroom was so filthy. Dust everywhere, the wall by the toilet was dirty, like literal poop marks. The whole room walls were covered with grime marks, the microwave was dirty, dust all over the bed frames, the chair was covered in mud, the sheets were dirty, I had to ask the front desk for new sheets. I couldn't ask for a different room since i arrived at 3am. I still stayed since it was convenient for me, I went to Walmart the next day and bought cleaning supplies and cleaned the room myself, which is fine because I clean houses for a living, it was all great until the last day, I failed to check the beds properly and I discovered a bed bug.

Breakfast in morning was okay. Dinning room dirty and unstocked. The staff member was no so friendly - why because only one person running desk, making breakfast and trying to stick and clean tables. There should be 2 staff for this. She was doing her best.
