The master boasts a super comfy king bed, while the 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds. Need more space? There\`s an extra queen mattress in the closet and a Pack-n-Play for the little ones. You\`ll have everything you need for a peaceful mountain getaway—relax, explore, and enjoy the perfect mix of comfort and nature! Permit STR-24-0619 Please remember: This place is dog-friendly! There’s a $75 pet fee, so if you’re bringing a Dog, make sure to select “pet” along with the number of guests when booking. Please note that in winter and in snow, the driveway can be slick. Please be careful and park in the cul-de-sac if needed. Also, there is a snow shovel for your convenience. Please, make yourself at home. ➤ Free driveway parking available for up to 3 vehicles. I will be your personal concierge for your stay. If you have any questions, you’re lost, or just need some great recommendations, I’ll be there for you around the clock. Great family-friendly neighborhood called Kachina Village About 10 min south of Downtown Flagstaff where all the action is! ➤ Please keep in mind that the guests don’t have access to the USPS mailbox or any mailboxes, and I’m not responsible for any packages delivered to the unit. Please contact me through the platform if you have any questions. 2\. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited in the property, including the balcony. ($400 fine for smoke odour removal) 3\. Please be cautious of noise, especially after 10pm. Noise complaints are not tolerated and may result in full deposit charges. You may be asked to leave with no refund. 4\. No additional guests are allowed in the home past the indicated number on your booking confirmation. This rule is to prevent large gatherings & parties and be fair to guests who do pay the extra fees. Third party bookings are not allowed. 5\. The property must be maintained in good condition with no excessive mess. Extra cleaning costs may apply if necessary so i can effectively prepare for next guests. 6\. Please note check-out time is by 11am and keys must be placed as instructed. We can often accommodate late check-outs if we know in advance, but last minute changes may result in $25 charge per each additional half hour stayed. 7\. All bookings require the ID of the individual booking and the disclosure of the full names of all guests. 8\. Lost keys/fob is a $300 fee to reimburse time, parts, labor, and administration involved. 9\. Any extension requests made within 24 hours of your scheduled checkout time will incur a $50 fee.
