Très correct pour le prix , seul point négatif : un peu bruyant , sinon chambre pratique et confortable , personnel très serviable (avons pu prendre notre déjeuner à 10h00 alors que le service se terminait à 9h30 & réponse par mail suite à un oubli de vêtements dans la chambre )

Acceptable pour une étape mais de rapport qualité prix médiocre.L'hôtel a besoin d'une rénovation sérieuse. L'insonorisation (entre chambres) peut être améliorée. L'accueil est plutôt sympathique et le petit déjeuner correct.

Très mal reçu, les chambres n'étaient pas prêtes (17h00) dommage car même si l'hôtel se trouve à coté de I40 il est silencieux. très bon restaurant Italien Fat Olives à 5 minutes en moto.

Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits dans cet hôtel. L'accueil était très amical. Nous avons eu accès à tous les services proposés. Une tempête était sur la ville et la Grand Canyon les trois après - midi. Nous avons donc profité de la salle de fitness comprenant un tapis de course et un vélo, ainsi que de la piscine, du jacuzzi et du hammam. Plus d'une heure et demi (150km) pour atteindre le Grand Canyon distance un peu longue puisque nous arrivions sur les coups de 11h et la pluie arrivait vers 14h. Nous avons profité d'un petit déjeuner copieux comprenant: - des boissons chaudes et des jus; - des fruits !!! (extrêmement rares); - des gaufres à faire soi même! - des minis burgers; - du pain de mie à toaster - des gâteaux moelleux (industriels)... Le lavomatique disponible à chaque étage pour un prix raisonnable était très apprécié pour notre part puisque nous effectuions un séjour de trois semaines. Nous ne sommes pas déçu puisque nous avions choisi cet hôtel en connaissance de cause, cela rentrait dans notre budget.

Arrived for check-in and was told that there was no reservation in the system. I even showed them the reservation confirmation from Hotel.com and they still couldn't find it. Had to reregister at the front desk. The price was double from the price of Hotel.com and the available room was different.

The facility looks okay from the outside, although the neighborhood is pretty rough. The room was dated but appeared clean, but there were two cockroaches in the bathroom and one in my shoe the next morning.

This hotel was fine. The pool and hot tub were too dirty to use and the breakfast was blah. Cereal looked like it had been there for months… and the coffee was gritty. Room was clean enough.

Breakfast: was limited and the eggs and sausage links were cold, there was no toaster and no bread, no fruit. Room: There was No microwave in the room. The brewed coffee was terrible and too bitter. And the toilet in our room sounded like a jet plane taking off when flushing, and not only in our room, also in room near us - we could hear it through the walls at 2am in the morning.-When making the reservation, the hotel stated said only $25 dollars for our 1- Pet, per full stay and no mention of this on website for this hotel location not the $35 per day/night.

We were there for 5 days and only asked for houskeeping on day 4 due to needing towels and the bathtub wasnt draining well. No service don except to unclog the bathtub drain. No cleaning whatsoever and they.didmt remove the towels or provide new ones until we complained!

Very nice. Clean. Stayed two nights. Our only hiccup was we failed to see the sign on the front desk counter that read housekeeping upon request. Also, our room was missing the door tag to request housekeeping. Front desk was very accomodating in getting us more towels.
