The living room is comfortable with a sofa and two club chairs. It boasts a fireplace, a record player, board games, and a small library. The master bathroom has a shower, and the hall bathroom has a tub/shower combination. Body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are provided in the respective showers. The fully equipped kitchen sports Robin Egg blue retro appliances, a gas range, a microwave, and a Keurig coffee maker. Fully fenced backyard for your pets and kids, and a place to relax by the fire pit and BBQ grill. There is room for two cars just north of the house. We LOVE dogs - they stay for free. The house was so cute and cozy! The property manager, Rich, was extremely responsive. The location could not have been any better. Close to downtown and only 20 minutes away from Snowbowl. My husband and I stayed here with his 2 brothers, their girlfriends and our dogs- the property was extremely dog friendly with a fenced in yard. Loved the blue appliances in the kitchen. Make sure you bring a sauté pan if you plan to cook (I ended up making scrambled eggs in the only pot available LOL). There was plenty of room for my husband, my mother, myself and our two little pups. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to make all our meals with ease. This little home is clean and we loved the way it was decorated. We felt right at home the minute we opened the door. The back yard is safe for pets and children and is fully fenced with festive strands of lighting. The yard has a place to bbq and a fire-pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs. It was such a inviting atmosphere. We had our morning coffee there under the ponderosa's and enjoyed it so much in the evenings after our long days of exploring. Even though we were close to the hospital, we didn't hear a lot of emergency vehicles. We were a little concerned it might be a little noisy, but it never became a problem. Check-in and check-out were so easy. Our host was prompt in answering any questions we had. It was a great home to stay in, we would definitely stay again! ##### C. D. House was equipped with everything we needed and the location was perfect, close to downtown and surrounding hikes including trails at the Snowbowl. Would definitely stay again ! ##### Giovana R. Excellent location to everything you need on a family trip. Fenced in backyard was wonderful for the family pets. The host was very responsive before and during our stay. We will definitely keep Cobalt Cabin on our list of places to stay in Flagstaff. ##### Jefre K.
