For rent is our 879 sq. ft FULLY FURNISHED UTILITIES INCLUDED guest house, 2 additional lofts, fenced patio area, & comforts of home. It is located 50 feet away from primary house. Guest house has a Quaint Scandinavian Wood burning Sauna. Step outside after cleansing steam and cool off under Milky Way w a warm outside shower(there is an inside shower too)Kitchenette, living area, bedroom, reading nooks. Close to Flagstaff, en route to Grand Canyon, Locket Meadow, Inner Basin, Snowbowl ski resort. Warm stained concrete heated floors, and clean ductless heat/ac. Enjoy Mountain views with 5 acres (shared). All basic amenities included. High speed internet. Quiet neighborhood. An oasis among large trees shading a front lawn w real grass. Mountain views of Mount Elden and San Francisco Peaks. Close to town. 25 min to Wupatki ruins, 10 minutes to Sunset Crater and Locket meadow turnoff , 5 min to Old Caves hiking and horse trails, 3 min to Mount Elden hiking, 3 min to mall, access to AZ trail for mountain biking, 30 minutes to Snowbowl Ski area and en route to Grand Canyon, 12 min to NAU.
