First Floor:  
  
Step into your sanctuary of luxury living in Flagler Beach. The first floor features a private king bedroom suite with an en-suite walk-in shower. Adjacent to the suite is a private patio with lounge seating, leading you to the outdoor oasis. Here, you\`ll find a sparkling pool, jacuzzi, and sun loungers for ultimate relaxation. Enjoy easy access to the beach via a private walkway, complete with an outdoor shower.

The pool can be heated for an additional $100/day, available October 15th through May 15th please let us know if you would like us to set that up for you! If the heater has any issues or does not work during your stay, this fee will be refunded. No other part of the booking cost will be refunded. Thank you for your understanding!  
  
The house is fully available to the guests, with one locked owner’s closet.  
  
No smoking on the property.  
  
Pet Policy: We are happy to host your dogs! Up to 2 dogs are allowed—please reach out with any questions. We kindly ask that you don’t leave your dogs alone at the house for long periods of time, as distressed pets can cause damage or excessive barking may disturb neighbors. St. Augustine beaches are dog-friendly, but leash laws apply. Please tell us about your dog(s)—we love to hear about them!  
  
  
Pet Fee: A pet fee of $175 for 1–2 dogs will be charged for the stay. No fee is charged for certified service animals, though we ask you to inform us if you’ll be bringing a service animal during your stay.
