We had a bit of an issue with our first cabin with water seeping through the grout in the tiles in the kitchen, the team insisted we move and upgraded us to one of the new cabins as well as helping us move. "This hotel was pretty amazing. We had a pool and a wonderful Buffett breakfast in the morning. The rooms were clean. The fire alarm went off at three am. Someone was apparently smoking in their room. Everyone moved out in an orderly manner onto the street. But there wasn’t any hotel staff around giving us direction or telling us what was going on. "
