This stunning property is perfect for six and is ideally situated, just a 15-minute stroll from the pristine sandy beaches that make Filey a beloved destination.  
  
As you step into Delgany House, you’ll be greeted by a day room adorned with Smart TV, a cosy wood burner, and elegant wooden floors, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The open plan living, kitchen, and dining area is a masterpiece of design, featuring French doors that lead to a beautiful garden. With a deep blue kitchen and vibrant sofas this area will be the heart of the home. A breakfast bar offers plenty of seating for six and the wood burner will keep the chill off during the cooler winter months. Throw open the French doors and step into the garden where a gas barbeque and seating areas offer rustic charm, perfect for al fresco dining and family gatherings.  
  
The ground floor hosts a convenient shower room with comfort height toilet, while the first floor presents two zip and link super kingsize bedrooms, each equipped with a Smart TV. A third bedroom, complete with bunk beds and another Smart TV, is perfect for family accommodations. The house bathroom offers both a bath and a shower over. Delgany House’s large, enclosed garden is a haven for relaxation. A patio area provides a spot for morning coffee, and a rear seating area captures the sun all day. The wood-fired fresh water hot tub and BBQ add an element of luxury, creating an ideal setting for both entertainment and quiet moments. Parking is a breeze with off-road space for four cars.  
  
Beyond the property, Filey offers a wealth of attractions, from the iconic Filey Brigg and the Flamborough Heritage Coast for scenic walks to the RSPB Bempton Cliffs for birdwatching. Cycling enthusiasts can explore the nearby Yorkshire Wolds, and the historic cities of York and Whitby are both within an hour’s drive.
