A large 3 bedroom house on The Bay Filey Holiday Village. Beautiful, light and airy coastal cottage which is ideal for family holidays - especially as one large bedroom is downstairs. Refurbished in January 2023 to a high standard including soft furnishings, bedroom furniture, kitchen and appliances as well as new sofas and occasional furniture. Enter into a spacious hallway, with space for your coats and shoes. Ahead to the left is a large kitchen diner / lounge with all the appliances you'll expect for a self-catering break. There is an excellent dining space in the kitchen, with extended dining table seating 6 with french doors to the patio, and 2 large comfortable sofas. Across the hall there is a WC and access to a large double bedroom with windows to the front and rear. Free unlimited fast wifi throughout. Upstairs, you will find a twin bedroom and a master with king bed, walk-through wardrobe area, and a shower room ensuite. There is also a very spacious family bathroom with bath and shower over. Since the listing the patio furniture has deteriorated considerably and hadn’t been cleaned in a while. The listing includes a barbecue which wasn’t useable as the slab for putting a disposable bbq on was missing. The house had everything we needed for cooking but a few basic items like salt and hand wash would have been appreciated. Parking was fine, the site manager responded to questions quickly and we enjoyed the pool and gym. ##### Linda H.
