  • Summary:

    Sandholme Cottage is a charming modern three-story property that accommodates up to nine guests. It is beautifully decorated and centrally located just minutes from the seafront. The beach is only a five-minute walk away, and the town can be reached in five to ten minutes on foot. This is an ideal location if you want to be close to all the amenities you need.





    The Space:

    The accommodation features a variety of comfortable beds and bedrooms, including a king-size bedroom and a twin bedroom located on the first floor, as well as a king bedroom and a twin room with an optional trundle bed on the second floor. Each bedroom is equipped with a Smart TV for added entertainment.



    When it comes to bathrooms, guests will find a cloakroom on the ground floor, a family bathroom on the first floor complete with a bath and an over-bath shower, and a second-floor bathroom featuring a convenient walk-in shower.



    The living space boasts two inviting sofas arranged around a smart flat-screen TV, which seamlessly opens into a dining area designed to accommodate eight guests comfortably. In the kitchen, you’ll find essential appliances including an electric oven and hob, a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, and a washing machine, making meal preparation and clean-up easy.



    Outside, the property is conveniently located with just a five to ten-minute walk to the town and a five-minute stroll to the beach. It offers family-friendly accommodations with an enclosed courtyard that has seating, ensuring a safe play area for children. The central location also comes with essential amenities, such as Wi-Fi for staying connected.



    Included extras add to the convenience of your stay, featuring an iron, hairdryer, travel cot, and high chair. However, guests should note that the staircase to the first floor is quite steep, though two stair gates are provided for safety. For outdoor clean-up, there’s also an outside tap to wash off sandy toes or paws after a day at the beach. Please note, pets are allowed for an additional cost of £20 per dog, per stay.
