Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication

The owner / property manager never took the initiative to reply back to my check in message which resulted in me being stranded after 22 hour flight. I book afcomodation on regular basis, but this is hands down the worst experience I have ever had. AVOID
