### Casa Iguana - Beach Walk Bungalows

Less than 2km from Avellenas, this quiet beach is a perfect contrast to the busy beach there. The home is small, but modern and well equipped 2 bedroom 1 bath. There is a pool onsite and the beach is 250 metres down the beach path. The home's porch overlooks a peaceful ravine that is a creek in rainy season. Everyone enjoys the tranquility of the location. Two queen beds and AC in both rooms. Fiber optic wifi. Free Parking on property, washing machine and outdoor grill.  
  
We've created a small community of homes around a central pool and rancho in Lagartillo. The property has easy access to the beach path. Lagartillo is between the popular Avellanas and Playa Negra, perfect location for surfers wanting nearby surf, or Lagartillo itself is a great local family spot for kids, it's known locally as a calmer beach for families. This is a container home.
